Friendly, no-pressure sales staff. I love the shop organization. We picked up 3 kids biked and it was a wonderful experience with the staff. You can tell they have good leadership and training. They offer yearly bike adjustments. So glad we went to a local shop.

Zach is amazing he takes time to help you understand bikes and he loves bikes as much as i do. He is always trying to get you the best deal and the most bang for your buck. He also never rushes you when you just want to talk products. Large selection, great staff, great demo options also

Excellent customer service! These guys definitely know how to under promise and over deliver! I brought in two bikes that needed fixing expecting to have to leave at least one of them for at least a week and they were able to fix both of them within 30 minutes! Also, they had some old Schwinns with banana seats hanging up on display and it brought back such happy memories! Great shop!

Can’t say enough about the awesome staff and great bike line up here. They’ve helped me, family, and friends with service I never have a bad experience. I’ve had some components give up the ghost, and they delivered the news with true grace and compassion. I think an under rated part of working with BE is the selection and shopping experience. I’m always “reminded of something I really needed”.
